For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 5. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas. 6. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 7. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. DOG RULES: 1. Dog fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. 2. Any applicable dog fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay for your dog fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb. 3. Dogs welcome, up to 40lbs. (limit of 2). $250 non-refundable fee/per dog; pre-registration is required. 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Dog Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
