Home Features This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room to spread out—inside and out. Two floors of living space include multiple gathering areas, a rec room, and peaceful water views. Main Level Living The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals at home, while the spacious living room opens onto a private balcony overlooking the marina—ideal for coffee at sunrise or wine at sunset. Also on this floor: Primary bedroom with king-size bed and private ensuite with walk-in shower Convenient half bath for guests Lower Level Downstairs, two beautifully furnished bedrooms each offer queen beds, while a shared full bathroom provides plenty of space for everyone. A laundry area adds convenience for longer stays. The recreation room is perfect for games, movie nights, or curling up with a good book. A pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space, and glass doors lead to a walkout patio with peaceful views of the harbor. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees.
