Relax with wifi, netflix, a BBQ or walk in parkland to nearby shops and cafes. Lake Ginninderra and Westfield are a 3min drive. Stay active with an elliptical trainer and a stretching/yoga room. If work calls, the home office will help you stay productive. Strictly Pet, Party & Smoke free The space Bedrooms 1 & 2 contain plush Queen sized beds. Ensuite from Bedroom 1 and balcony access to a sunny deck area. Bedroom 3 is currently set up as an office/ stretching room - includes wifi, desk, chair, monitor and webcam for your use. Main bathroom has a big corner spa and shower over bath. Full kitchen and dining facilities with microwave, cooking basics and settings for 4 people. Nespresso coffee maker, kettle , tea and pods provided. Laundry with washer/dryer combo, drying rack, iron and washing powder. Guest access Guests can drive up & park either in the garage or on the driveway for taller vehicles. The garage can accommodate vehicles up to 1.8m high. Vans and rooftop storage will need to park in the driveway. Guest will have access to the entire townhouse, excluding under stairs storage/facilities area. Please note the outdoor hot-tub is not currently available for use. There is a corner spa in main bath. Other things to note If you are new to Air BnB, please message us before booking. The townhouse is part of a peaceful neighborhood. Guests are asked to minimize noise after 10pm and adhere to the strict no party or events policy. Smoking/vaping is strictly outside only Please note, unfortunately we cannot host pets due to allergies.
