The room is 9' by 12' and includes a twin trundle bed, which can be set up as a single bed or expanded to accommodate a second guest. Enjoy free WiFi, a 2' by 4' closet, and a TV in your cozy space. Perfect for a relaxing stay with easy access to transport and city amenities. The space Our house is a split-level house. The guest room is half a floor above the driveway and garage level. Our kids' room is above the guest room. The guest room has an individual private door to the front yard, a door to the rest of the house (that could be locked and chained during the guest's stay), and a door to a storage room which will be closed during the guest's stay. Guest access Guests would access the room using an individual private door to the front yard.
