Oceanfront apartment with amazing jaw dropping view that overlooks the marina and neighboring islands of Puerto Rico. Come stay with us and enjoy all our island has to offer! 2025: New Pickelball court has been added for guests to enjoy :) The space It's a beautifully welcoming condo, bright, airy, and clean. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full. An inflatable mattress can be provided for your convenience. Both rooms have AC! The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience. The balcony has a fantastic view with two chairs and a small table making it a delightful place to sit, relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is also a large pool for your enjoyment! Located right next to the building also ocean view. There are also many beautiful swimmable beaches nearby you can chose from! Seven Seas, for example, a popular and tranquil beach is a short 5-7 minute car ride away. There are beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and even a small cooler that I leave in the apartment for guests to use for their beach day adventures. Lastly, the apartment comes equipped with WiFi. The TV in the living room has a Roku player with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime already installed for guests to be able to relax after fun filled days. Plus, I'll leave some cool movies for you too :) Guest access Guests have access to absolutely everything in the apartment and to all the common areas of the building as well. Other things to note The fee to replace lost key set given at check-in will be of $100. This is solely to cover their replacements!!
