The over 250-year-old forest chalet is divided into the two apartments Fuchsbau (6P) & Falkenhorst (8P). At an altitude of 976 m, you are only a few meters from the lake shore. The south-facing slope guarantees a gentle awakening through the first rays of the sun & sun until the evening hours. The small mountain stream on the property invites you to linger until the night by the campfire. 240 m² freshly renovated, new furniture & high-quality kitchen equipment leave nothing to be desired. Incl. 4 parking spaces The space Now new incl. custom-made aspen wood sauna in an old bunker with HUUM stove and whirlpool by Villeroy & Boch on the sun terrace overlooking the lake. Sole use 24/7 The open-plan apartment Falkenhorst (see floor plan in the gallery) with balcony impresses with a modern and at the same time rustic style. The apartment has been extensively renovated with loving craftsmanship. The spacious apartment Fuchsbau is almost at ground level (2 steps). There are 6 sleeping places available divided into 2 bedrooms. (see floor plan in the gallery). The facilities leave nothing to be desired and the proximity to the lake is a jewel. Stand-up paddles can be booked by prior arrangement at a small price. Guest access Except for a few utility rooms/sheds and the garage, all the rooms shown are also accessible to guests. Other things to note During the usual vacation periods (summer, Easter, Pentecost, New Year, etc.), the minimum stay is 6 nights. ATTENTION: The house rules must be observed and are considered accepted and understood with a reservation. You must bring your own towels for the bathroom, shower, sauna, pool and, if necessary, beach. Only towels for the hands and for the dishes are provided.
