Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Apartment is situated in a private house with 7 apartments in place Vinkuran near Pula. It is located on the 1 st floor of the house with covered balcony and view to bay of Vinkuran. Total living area is 31m2. House is far from the sea about 300 meters and the nearest beach is about 1,5 km from the house. The beach is pebbly. The space Apartment consists of: - one bedroom with 1 double bed with acces to covered balcony 18m2 with view to bay of Vinkuran, - living room connected to the dining area and small kitchen, - in the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed for 2 persons, - bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access Accommodation equipment: SAT-TV, equipped kitchen (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, ...) with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table and chairs on the balcony, air condition, WiFi. Pets are welcome – maximum 1 pet (extra charge 5 euro per day). Washing machine available for shared use. Guests can use the garden with summer kitchen, grill and outdoor seating and private parking of the house. Other things to note The maximum number of people indicated in ad should not be exceeded. Children and babies are also included in the maximum number. The owner is not obliged to accept any additional guests. Tourist Tax is included in price of stay. Dogs are welcome – maximum 1 dog.
