My place is close to UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley BART, The Gourmet Ghetto, Chez Panisse, Peet's Coffee, The Cheese Board, Movie Theaters, parks, and more. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the people, and the neighborhood. My place is good for graduate students, professors, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We strongly prefer to host by the academic semester, academic year, and/or a standard 12 month period.
