Great EXTENDED STAY for traveling professionals and others in need of temporary housing! All utilities (central A/C & heating), in-unit W/D, parking spot, & great Wi-Fi included! This place HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED to make it your home away from home. The space This modern space boasts one intentional workspace (desk and office chair) and lots of storage! Kitchen is stocked with: dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, coffee pot, toaster, knives, cutting board, and coffee. Bathroom is stocked with: hand soap, towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, and first aid kit. Mattress has mattress protector and pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay to ensure CLEAN and SAFE sleeping quarters. Guest access A unique door code will be provided to ensure seamless access to the apartment via a safe and secure Smart Lock. Other things to note This apartment complex was just constructed! BRAND NEW! Pets are allowed. There is a $200 pet fee that will be requested through Airbnb after booking. Only one pet is allowed per unit. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days.
