The space Welcome to "Olivia" by Hotelise, the perfect pairing to "Simona" next door, together offering the quintessential Hotelise experience. Designed for large groups, these neighboring apartments combine luxury, comfort, and modern convenience in a seamless manner. Building: "Olivia" is housed in a brand-new, premium building, equipped with multiple modern lifts, ensuring a smooth and convenient stay. The building is well-maintained, clean, and serviced to meet Hotelise's high standards. Living Room: The apartment features an open-plan living room with an integrated kitchen. The living area includes a sofabed and a dining table suitable for 4 people. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the balcony, and the abundant windows fill the space with natural light, creating an airy and bright atmosphere. The TV zone is equipped with a smart TV and a complimentary Netflix subscription, a standard in all Hotelise apartments. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs. It boasts a large fridge, an oven, a 4-burner electric stove, an extractor, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Ample storage and a fully stocked kitchen ensure a hassle-free cooking experience. Bedroom: The bedroom is a haven of light and airiness, thanks to the top-to-bottom windows. It features side tables with lamps, perfect for reading, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep. Bathroom: The bathroom is fresh and modern, with premium tiles and a premium shower set that provides good water pressure. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
