Located in a private residential development with access to a clubhouse and pool. The space The house is located in a private, quiet subdivision overlooking the canal. It has 3 bedrooms located on the upper floor. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, full bathroom and dresser for storing clothes. On the ground floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry (dryer and washer). Outside it has a private pool, half bathroom, large terrace, living room and barbecues. Guest access Guests have access to the Clubhouse. There you will find a large shared pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms, showers, barbecue area and living room. Other things to note There is a bedroom on the ground floor to which you will not have access. This bedroom remains closed.
