Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. To do this, we provide fully furnished and equipped apartments, artfully designed, for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Beautifully renovated and furnished apartment located on Rue Saint-Antoine, in the Hôtel de Ville district, in the 4th Arrondissement. It is located on the 4th floor, close to the Saint-Paul, Pont Marie (Cité des Arts), and Bastille stations. In the surrounding area, you can find attractions such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Musée National Picasso, and the Hôtel de Ville. It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, a separate kitchen, and two bathrooms. The beds are fitted with soft sheets, ideal for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and cooking utensils. The apartment has two bathrooms equipped with a full shower and towels. In addition, there is high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. The apartment also has a washing machine, oven, and individual radiator heating for your convenience. The building also offers a storage space available for each unit. *Pets are welcome, but a fee may be applied. Guests will be notified of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be responsible for any noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We won't accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of the regular maintenance of the listings, the improvement of the design and the staging of the photos, there may be slight differences between the furniture seen in the photos and those you will find in the apartment. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to a sales agent. Other things to note In order to comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID prior to their stay. A security deposit is required for this stay. Further information will be provided to you during the booking process via Airbnb, and the security deposit will be collected by the service provider.
