The space The Gîte du Meunier (170 m²), located on the 1st floor of the right wing of the mill and accessible by an external stone staircase, can accommodate up to 8 guests. • Air-conditioned and heated living space: large, bright room with dining area, fully equipped open kitchen, living room with TV and wood-burning stove. • Air-conditioned and heated sleeping area: 3 bedrooms + 1 separate master suite with private bathroom and toilet 1 large family bathroom + separate toilet Beds made upon arrival, towels and toiletries provided • Families welcome: baby crib, high chair, adapted equipment. • Modern comfort: office space, fiber optic WiFi, books, games, yoga/fitness kits. • Outdoors: private south-facing garden with summer dining area, Weber BBQ, deckchairs, and the shade of a magnificent lime tree. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to: • The entire air-conditioned and heated cottage (1st floor): 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, office space. • Access via stone staircase: straight and exterior, leading directly to the kitchen/living room. Enclosed and private garden: south-facing, accessible from the kitchen. • Private parking: direct and lit access to the cottage stairs. • Shared spaces: the areas around the mill and the Cosson (river) are accessible with caution. 💡 Leisure activities available on site: trampoline, fishing (pike, zander, carp, etc.), Yamaha grand piano (on request, in the presence of the owners). Depending on the season and availability: bicycles, rowboat, kayak.
