CONDOMINIUM HOUSE (WITH 24-HOUR GATE AND SURVEILLANCE) -Safe, quiet and peaceful place all year round -Private pool with waterfall, Wi-Fi, Internet and cable TV -3 en-suites + powder room - Indoor and outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, 2 refrigerators. -Balcony throughout the house, parking for 3 cars - Lower suite: 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed -Front upper suite: 1 queen-size bed + 1 pull-out bed (built into the double bed) -Upper rear suite: Double bed (springs) + 2 single beds (one upper + one lower) + 2 separate mattresses. The space The top-floor suites are new, completed in Jan/2020, all rooms with ceiling fans, are well ventilated, balcony and floor around the entire house, there is another refrigerator outside the house, and a semi-industrial stove outside, plus two outdoor sinks Guest access Access to the entire house, yard and swimming pool, green area at the back of the house with easy access Other things to note The house has utensils and basic cleaning supplies, all mattresses have a cover (but you have to bring the sheets, towels and pillows for the single and double beds) The house voltage is all 220 V, but I have a 110 Volt transformer
