Wonderful location in Alfama, this room and apartment has breathtaking views! In the heart of Lisbon's most emblematic neighborhood, which is the scene of the city's most famous photographs, our apartment is full of style, calm and with typical details of the old portuguese construction. The sun shines everywhere all day long and you can enjoy almost 360° views in our cozy living room with a nice balcony facing the river, where cruise ships are part of the panoramic photography. Lovely ! The space No air conditioning and no heating Guest access Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. It is not recommended for people with limited mobility. For people carrying a lot of luggage, just be warned that we do not have staff to help you climb or take the bags down. Other things to note Parties or noisy meetings are completely prohibited, we have a super strict silence rule because there are elderly people living on the other floors and they call the police at the first disturbance made. The condominium protects the elderly automatically placing fines from 500€ up to 1,000€ for noise. For that reason we want to be clear: - After 10:00 pm is strictly forbidden to turn on music even at low volumem, ZERO music. - After 10:00 pm It is forbidden to hold meetings talking out loudly or shouting. - After 10:00 pm the use of the apartment must be very calm and only for purposes of rest and leisure. - After 10:00 pm you must climb the stairs in silence.
