The space For the comfort of our guests, the Studio has: - 1 double bed, 1 single bed, blackout curtains, clothes rack, flat-screen Smart TV and air conditioning; - Kitchen with minibar, induction cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes and utensils; - Dining area with counter with 2 stools; - 1 social bathroom; - Hotel quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - No garage; - The building has a washing machine and dryer available at an extra cost. Spot Jurere also offers fantastic common areas! You will have access to a party room with panoramic views of the sea, 2 bathrooms and an AMAZING pool! At the Spot Rooftop, you will find Baleares, a welcoming space that offers daily breakfast service throughout the year, available both on-site and in the room. In the late afternoon and evening, the bar serves a selection of drinks, with operating days subject to change according to demand. The space can also be reserved for private events, providing a unique and versatile atmosphere for different occasions. Additionally, other services will be available, all subject to charges based on consumption (for more information, please contact the host). For more details, contact us. * There may be noise due to the bar on the Rooftop. * You can park your car at Jurere Beach Village, which is right in front! Parking is available for a daily fee, separately, and directly at reception. Hotel guests have priority, but it is also open to the public. * Building undergoing renovations on the ground floor and first floor. For your safety, there are cameras in common areas, fire extinguishers and fire alarms in all apartments. Access is via an electronic lock from Loopkey. In addition, a small elevator with capacity for 6 people and stairs are available for easy access. * Cleaning included in the price is only done at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
