Welcome to our home in Los Angeles, just 15 minutes from Universal Studios. Enjoy a private, comfortable bedroom with storage and a shared bathroom and pool access. We provide space in the refrigerator. We live with our friendly chihuahua mix, Milo, and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment. The space Welcome to our home! The bathroom is clean, well maintained, and shared only with one other Airbnb guest. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask all guests to flush the toilet after each use and help keep the bathroom clean by wiping down the sink and counters if needed. If you experience any issues with the shared bathroom or if another guest is not keeping it clean, please let us know right away so we can promptly address the situation. You are welcome to use the microwave, Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own coffee pods), toaster oven, and the designated refrigerator space for your food and drinks. Please note that laundry facilities are not available for guest use. If you need to do laundry during your stay, we recommend arranging a pickup and delivery laundry service or visiting a nearby laundromat. Step outside and enjoy our backyard and swimming pool. Please note that the pool is not heated, so it's best enjoyed during the warmer months (unless you're a fan of cold plunges!). Our household includes our friendly Chihuahua, Milo. He may bark when meeting someone new, but he quickly warms up. We simply ask that you let him approach you before attempting to pet him. Please close all doors gently and avoid slamming them. The backyard and swimming pool are available for your enjoyment. Airbnb guests may not invite or bring any visitors onto the property at any time. Only the person(s) included on the Airbnb reservation are permitted to enter the property.
