Kick back in the hot tub, go for a hike or just chill on the deck with a cup of joe. • We maintain the natural landscape and weed whack only once a year mid-summer. It’s pretty and it keeps the wildlife happy. • Brand new hot tub . • Terrific outdoor dining. • LOTS of wildlife!! Expect to see mule deer, elk, falcons, cool small mammals, wild turkeys, the occasional fox and hear the coyotes! Bear, mountain lions, lynx, coyotes and bobcats are in the area, but it’s very rare you will see one. They have huge territories and we’ve never had a problem with them. Other things to note: • 4WD/AWD and winter tires are highly recommended for Colorado visits during the cold months (October-May). The road is paved and maintained, but big storms happen. We can get the occasional storm outside of those months, so be prepared! Owner provides snow removal when over 6 inches during winter months for the long driveway. **MUST READ*** GUEST ACCESS: • Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a few locked closets. • Owner only rents when children are with the other parent, and otherwise lives in the house. Please be respectful of our home during your stay. • Dates can be flexible - please ask if a night or 2 shows unavailable during your desired vacation dates. • Good Pets are welcome with prior approval.
