Stay comfortably and affordably in Florianópolis. This cozy suite (room with private bathroom) has air conditioning (cold), TV, fast Wi-Fi and a desk, and is located in a new apartment with an excellent location, close to Beiramar Shopping and the Pátio Milano complex. Ideal for short stays, leisure or business. You are very welcome! The space The apartment has 2 suites, one of which is available exclusively for the guest, in addition to the dining room and kitchen. Important: I have 2 kittens that roam around the apartment (after all, the house is theirs too), so I suggest always keeping the room door closed. It's also important to keep the space clean. Guest access In addition to the private suite, the dining room and kitchen are for common use. During your stay I like to chat and give tips on what to do in the city, but I respect the individuality of the guests. When I'm not available in person, you can call me on WhatsApp. Other things to note The room has split air-conditioning, a work space and high-speed Wi-Fi. During your stay, I hope you feel at home and make conscious use of water, electricity and other available resources. I separate the garbage and would like you to do the same. And take the trash out of the room when you check out.
