On-site parking is available for a fee and is subject to availabiility. Street parking is free. Your ideal home away from home awaits! Guest access Swimming pools: Pre-registration via the host/property manager is required for the use of the swimming pools. Pool fee is PHP 150.00 per guest on regular days and PHP 300.00 per guest on holidays. Swimming pool operating hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Strictly swimming attire only. Pools are closed on mondays for maintenance. Parking: On-site parking starts at PHP 300.00 per day and is subject to availability. Parking on the street outside Hope Residences is free. Function area: Pre-registration via the host/property manager is required and is subject to availability. A corresponding fee shall be charged. Early check-in or late check-out: Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) or late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is subject to availability, P200.00 per excess hour. Other things to note Only guests approved by the admin office may enter the premises. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please submit a copy of the guest(s) ID (passport for foreigners) 3 days prior to check-in date. Guests without approval may be refused entry and shall be marked as a no-show. Cleaning fee per stay shall be paid in cash upon check-in. P500.00 for the first 2 guests, additional P100.00 per extra guest.
