The Guest House is a unique space that features a 4 bedrooms, 2 with King beds and 2 with Queen beds, each bedroom has a private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen (with full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink, and stove), small dining table, TV sitting area with a rock fireplace, and exterior patio surrounded by an abundance of green space. The suite is themed to complement the mid-century modern design of the Main House. The space Built in 1965 as the home of John & Mildred Cooper, founders of Cherokee Village, this iconic 22-acre property has a rich history as a residence, a place for entertaining and a destination for relaxation and retreat. Today, Cooper's Pointe welcomes guests to enjoy a stay at one of our five Main House hotel-style suites, three two-bedroom condos or our four-bedroom Guest House. Cooper's Pointe also provides a beautiful backdrop for a wedding or special event.
