The spacious 823-square-foot open living area includes a queen bed, sitting area, and desk/work area, plus two balconies and decks. It is ideal for solo travelers or couples and is within walking distance of downtown Olde Del Mar, Seagrove Park, and the beach. The space With off-street parking and a quick flight of stairs above a detached garage, you enter this unique tropical-themed guest house. Inside is a cozy sitting area, perfect for reading or watching TV. The free-standing copper fireplace creates a mid-century feel. A well-organized counter area includes two under-counter Sub-Zero refrigerators, a coffee maker, coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies. It is just a step up to the luxurious queen bed and desk area overlooking the sitting room. Behind the boho screen is a Diplomat folding twin bed with matching bedding. The ocean views are spectacular. The living area is expanded by an additional 200-square-foot porch with two seating areas, a table for four, and a comfortable outdoor sofa. Adjacent is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring four showerheads, a spacious cedar storage area (formerly a sauna), a toilet, and a sink with ocean views. The bathroom also opens onto a private 160-square-foot balcony. The studio does not have central heating or air conditioning. It has an electric blanket, a portable heater, and a fireplace for chilly evenings. Other things to note We have a large lot, and since we'll be sharing a driveway, you'll be able to say hello and greet our two dogs, Stellar and Rocket.
