The space The spacious living room features an oversized sofa, two stylish chairs, a chaise, and a 75" Smart TV with Sonos Arc. Enjoy meals at the dining area for six or the breakfast bar for four, all while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from the deck. Retreat to the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, luxury linens, a small sitting area, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or guests offering twin beds in a bunk setup, a 55" Smart TV, a sitting area, activity table, wall mounted arcade game, and access to a full second bath. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances including a coffee maker/grinder, toaster, and crockpot. Outdoor amenities include a large balcony with a Weber electric grill and access to a shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. Convenient parking and access to a free town/ski bus make exploring the area a breeze. Guest access Here at Sun Castle Condos #3 you have access to one large private balcony from your back door with a Weber electric grill as well as access to one large shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. You will have access to two private parking spaces at the complex (2 car max per unit, no RVs or trailers). Bring your car, drive it around or park it and take the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac! Winter bus service every 30 minutes at location during the winter months. Summer bus service is a five to nine minute walk from the condo. Other things to note STR License Number: 309644 1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent. 2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods. 3) Full size washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included! 4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Baby Trend Range jogging stroller, pencil stroller and Pack n Play (just bring their linens) may be available at no additional charge upon request. Child bibs, serveware and gently used toys & books included. 5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush. 6) Children and adults can occupy the top bunk. 7) STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a step outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Smoking of anything is only permitted in the parking lot, peace. 8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub areas open 8am-10pm max. 9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm-8:00am, please respect the neighbors. 10) 2 Dog maximum. $100 additional pet fee per stay will be charged. Please clean up after your pet with bags provided in the entryway. Bags must be disposed of in the trash dumpster in the parking lot prior to your departure. Absolutely no pets on the furniture as it will be inspected after each rental. Damage to furniture will result in a set replacement with matching pieces if necessary and extra cleaning charges may apply.
