Welcome to DOCK 08, the getaway for families & friends & their dogs where you can fish 🎣 from your own private wharf, enjoy provided kayaks 🛶 along Ourimbah Creek and boat ramp access only one street away and moor your boat out front Dock 08. Entertainment is guaranteed for up to 10 people when you play golf on you private backyard putting green ⛳️ or play pool 🎱, table tennis 🏓 or table soccer ⚽️ in the large repurposed garage. We have recently upgraded to ducted aircon throughout the property. The space This one level house comprises 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an open kitchen, dining and living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite / laundry with washing machine and dryer and is separated by the open living, dining and kitchen area from the other 3 bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has two double beds and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single at the top. The large second bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, the seperate toilet is right next to it. The outdoors consists of a covered bbq & dining area, leading past the putting green and garage to the private wharf. Deck 08 is only two minutes away from the local Coles, Tavern, butcher, bakery, chemist and newsagent. Tuggerah Westfields is only six minutes away. Deck 08 is the ideal place for a relaxing get away with family and friends, located in a quiet street. Guest access You have access to the whole house exclusively. Feel free to arrive any time after 4.00pm and get your keys from the lock box. Two cars can park in our driveway in front of the garage (which is used as an entertainment area). Additional cars can park right in front of the house on the street. Be mindful and keep clear of our neighbour’s driveways. Other things to note 🎣 This house is located right at Ourimbah Creek, so you can fish from our deck and enter the water with a kayak. There is no gate towards the water, which means that the backyard is not completely fenced in. 🐟 We have aircon in the dining & kitchen area. The bedrooms have ceiling fans except for bedroom no 3 🌴 which has floor fans. The garage is used for entertainment and can’t occupy a car or boat. You can park in the driveway or on the street.
