It has been completely renovated in a modern style, with particular attention being paid to preserving the existing architecture and a harmonious appearance. The house is spacious and comfortable and includes everything to make your relaxing stay a success. A big advantage of Villa Porec Katun is that it has a very good connection to the motorway (approx. 2 km to the entrance/exit) and yet peace and nature are guaranteed here. Refresh yourself at the private pool (May - September) or prepare delicious delicacies on the grill. The proximity to the city of Porec offers you the opportunity to see many historical and cultural sights. Enjoy the wealth of events this city offers. You can also visit the surrounding towns, such as romantic Rovinj, or take a trip to picturesque Venice, for example by taking the ferry from Porec. On the ground floor is the large living/dining area with kitchen and, if required, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a bathroom with window, toilet, shower and new washing machine on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and also a bathroom with window, toilet and shower. The parking space is directly in front of the villa on the lockable property, and there is also a small shed for safely storing your bicycles. WiFi is available in the villa, and there are also 3 TVs with German channels (living/dining area, bedroom 1, bedroom 2). In the cozy outdoor area there is a private pool with evening lighting that invites you to relax. On the spacious, covered terrace you will find a cozy dining group for up to 8 people and a great outdoor lounge for chilling right by the pool, leaving nothing to be desired. There are also 4 adjustable loungers at the private pool. Porec, the most famous and popular holiday resort in Istria, is located in the middle of the west coast. Porec is a city with rich cultural heritage. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth in Porec, there are numerous free beaches. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from Porec (12 km). The journey to Porec is also very easy to do by bike, the road is in very good condition and the speed limit makes it very pleasant to drive on. A leisurely walk through the wonderful nature, past meadows and forests to Baderna on a traffic-free hiking trail, is also recommended, directly from the accommodation (approx. 1.5 km).
