Our house is one of the 5 houses in Vila Alfredinho, 230 meters from Sítio São Roque, where the famous Coffee Route is located. The space Our property features a duplex house, a chalet, a swimming pool, a deck with barbecue area, a court and a large green area. The upper part of the duplex house has 2 en-suites, 1 half-bath, a large living room, kitchen and balcony. In the lower part, we have 1 en-suite, plus 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and a shared shower. It comfortably accommodates 15 people in beds. There are closets in the rooms of the house. However, we do not provide hammocks. We accept a maximum of 15 guests Guest access The grounds are entirely at the guests' disposal. Other things to note Seasonal rent includes hygiene and cleaning supplies. It does not include cleaning and tidying services for the property during the stay. It also does not include breakfast and dishwashing. We can refer our service providers to assist in cleaning the house and preparing food during the rental period. However, all contact, value negotiation and payment will be the responsibility of the guests. We DO NOT provide towels, bed linens or mosquito nets.
