The group will have easy access to everything they need in this place with an excellent location. House being used, so it is all clean and organized. Cozy and plenty of space. We accept pets, the location is quiet and very safe with a patrol all night. Garage for one car. Guests who rent my house will have complete privacy because I will leave the house during the tenant's stay.
