Newly decorated, this 3 bedroom house is bright and inviting, ideally suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is situated right in the heart of the peaceful village of Cloughey. You will have full access to the whole house during your stay. Shorelands is perfect for a family break, a short relaxing stay or for those who wish to explore the natural beauty of the Ards Peninsula and surrounding areas. At the end of a busy day you can come back and relax somewhere that feels like home. The space A private and spacious home located in a quiet cul de sac with two double bedrooms, 1 bunk room, 1 bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet, large living space and large kitchen with dining area. The property has two private parking spaces in the driveway and there is also on street parking available. There is an enclosed back garden and patio area with a picnic table perfect for outdoor dining. The large spacious kitchen has fitted units and is equipped with the essential cooking utensils, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. It also has its own dining area. There is a high chair available at all times. Upstairs there are three bedrooms comprising of two double beds with walk in wardrobes and 1 bunk room. There is a fully furnished bathroom with a bath, wc, basin and walk in shower. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. There are some added touches such as dressing tables in the double rooms and a hair dryer is available for guests to use. For babies there is a travel cot, Shnuggle Dreami Moses Basket and stand with sheets, and a Shnuggle baby bath available upon request at the time of booking. There is full access to WiFi throughout the house. The cosy living room has comfy seating and a TV. There is a Firestick connected to the TV to allow guests to log into their own accounts for Netflix, Disney and Amazon during their stay. There is a decorative stove in the living room with candles inside. The candles can be lit to add atmosphere. Please note this is not a functional wood burning stove it is for decoration only. There will be a welcome pack filled with brochures, WiFi password and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and takeaways in the surrounding area. In addition, there is a Ninetendo Wii with a selection of games, chess board, board games, children's books and a play kitchen to make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable for children in the evening. There is also a set of golf clubs incase anyone fancies a round of golf at Kirkistown Castle Golf Club, which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Bath towels, hand towels and kitchen drying cloths will be provided. This is a non smoking house. No pets allowed. Strictly no parties. We request that guests respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 11pm-7am. This house is not a party house. This property is registered with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. Cloughey is a quiet pretty village with a beautiful sandy beach. It is a superb spot to spend a sunny day paddling, crabbing, kayaking, playing tennis, a round of golf or at the newly installed local play park with the little ones. The play park and beach are a two minute walk from the house and both are easily accessible by all visitors. Enjoy walking along the boardwalk at the seafront whilst taking in the breath taking views over the coast. There is a local Centra only a 2 minute drive from the house or enjoy a morning walk in the fresh sea air to purchase all your daily essentials, newspaper, enjoy the freshly baked bread and deli counter. There is also an off licence and petrol pumps available. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the entire property and the enclosed back garden for the duration of their stay. This is a family home that we use on occasion so all we ask is that you treat our home with respect and as if it was your own. Please also be mindful of noise levels so as not to disturb the adjoining neighbours.
