B. attached to house, suitable for 2 to 3 guests, strategic location in a quiet neighborhood minutes from bus terminal, University and Administrative Center, 10 from downtown, 11 from the Race Track and 20 from Puerta de la Quebrada. Separate entrance and shared covered parking. Two bedrooms, a kitchenette with a microwave, a minibar, and a private bathroom. Windows overlooking the hill. WiFi and Smart TV. The space The strategic location in the city, the comfort to meet different needs and privacy are the privileged aspects of the accommodation I offer. Three blocks from the Víctor María Cáceres Theater and the Provincial Administrative Center. 10 min walk from the National University of La Rioja. 5 min walk from the bus terminal and Av. Felix de la Colina (RN No. 75) that leads to the Race Track, to the gate of the Quebrada, Los Sauces dyke, Sanagasta. Guest access The property has a common entrance through the shared garage and a separate entrance to the apartment. The washing machine is shared, free to use. Entry to the back garden for use of the washing machine must be announced and/or coordinated directly with the host. Other things to note On the day of reception, you will have the basic elements to prepare a breakfast, table water, fresh water in the refrigerator. The office is suitable for heating, storing meals and preparing simple meals in a multifunctional electric pot and/or microwave. Cooking utensils can be provided at the guest's request. The apartment has basic dishes for 3 people. I don't offer breakfast, I offer to cater to preferences. If you send me a shopping list by message according to breakfast preferences 24 hours in advance, I can provide them. Basic cleaning items, a rack, detergent, sponge, etc. will also be available.In the bathroom, hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc.
