It is located on the second floor (no lift) and features a practical, bright layout—perfect for a romantic getaway. Inside, you’ll find: 🌿 Cozy living room Sofa bed Smart TV with access to streaming platforms Dining table Private balcony, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean weather or a morning coffee 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen Perfect if you feel like cooking or preparing a relaxed breakfast. It includes: Electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, cutlery, washing machine and ironing equipment. 🛌 Mezzanine bedroom Located on the upper loft-style level: Double bed Hotel-quality bed linen for a comfortable and restful night’s sleep 🛁 Bathroom With everything you need: clean towels, essential toiletries and a hairdryer. The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure everything is perfect for your arrival. Guest access 🇬🇧 You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. Other things to note 🇬🇧 ⭐ Check-in from 3:00 PM, subject to availability. I provide basic essentials for the first day: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge and detergent. If you need additional cleaning or extra bed linen, I can arrange it for an additional fee. 🚭 No-smoking policy Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If this rule is broken, a minimum fee of €200 will be applied to cover the cleaning and deodorisation process. 📝 GUEST REGISTRATION (MANDATORY IN SPAIN) At check-in, I will ask for your identification document to complete the guest registration required by Spanish law. It is a quick, confidential and secure process, fully compliant with data protection regulations.
