This home is beautifully decorated with embellished Pawley's artwork and offers you a comfortable and stylish living area that has an open floor plan. You have impeccable views of the creek giving you a great spot to watch the sunset while having a cup of coffee or maybe an evening sitting in peace and tranquilly while sipping on a cocktail or glass of wine. This home provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms with freshwater bidets; below the home you will find covered parking and a great entertaining area with ping-pong, corn hole or just sitting and enjoying all the views. It has a great outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off all that sand from spending your day at the beach, which is just a stone throw away. This home gives you the best of both worlds and will be a great vacation spot for your family year after year. Now featuring a newly constructed shared creek dock with a floating boat dock. Please Note: Not a Dog Friendly Home. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
