This spacious three-bedroom home offers queen-size beds, two full bathrooms, living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and a private patio with pool. Located close to Glenvista Country Club, nature reserves, major attractions, highways, and shopping centres, perfect for families, business travellers, and longer stays. Set on a koppie, the neighbourhood is great for walks, though some roads and driveways are fairly steep. The space A three bedroomed house, with spacious rooms each with a queen size bed. The main room has a full bathroom ensuite, a second full bathroom, TV room to put your feet up and unwind, a well equipped kitchen, dining room to feast around the table, formal lounge and easy access to the patio, pool area. The privacy of the outdoor area is welcome and a great place for the family to barbecue, enjoy food music and create awesome memories. Guest access The entire house is available for use with the exception of the downstairs room that serves as extra storage space for the home owners. Other things to note We have a pet on the property. She is taken care of by the lady who cleans over longer stays. She is a friendly dog and guests are free to interact with her. I offer a cleaning and laundry service if required or for longer stays. The area is great for walks, it's on a koppie which means there are fairly steep roads and driveways. A pleasant family oriented environment close to amazing amenities, services and tourist attractions like the Gold Reef City Theme Park and Casino, Rietvlei Nature Reserve with amazing hiking trails, Thabo Eco Hotel and Trails, the Apartheid Museum, the iconic FNB Stadium and NASREC expo center. Some wonderful wedding venues like The View, the Glenvista Country Club within 2 minutes from our home and numerous malls with all major shops and restaurants in close proximity!
