Tea, & coffee facilities, microwave, nutribullet, bamboo steamer, electric oven and hotplates , electric mixer, large fridge/freezer with continental breakfast items and fresh milk supplied. Oil , salt , pepper , sauces etc available for use free of charge. Bedroom 1 has country charm - large queen sized bed with electric blanket and warm heater for the cooler months Book shelf with books for you to read and a large clothes rack and chest of drawers for your clothes Bedroom 2 has 2 beds either a queen and single day bed or 2 single sized beds depending on your needs with chest of drawers and clothes rack. Cosy blankets are supplied and heater We also have a travel cot and highchair for any infants. 1 bathroom with walk in shower and detachable shower head , toilet and bathroom sink with cupboard - hairdryer and flat iron is supplied for use and free guest amenities. An ironing board ad iron, mop and bucket and cleaning supplies can also be accessed The property has large gardens with country fencing , an orchard and established rose bushes- the outdoor space has a table and chairs and a bbq for guest use. There are clothes washing facilities available with washing machine and dryer and outdoor clothesline Guest access Guests can use all the spaces listed in the property description Other things to note Ross is a beautiful Georgian village with plenty of charm and things to see and do. If you dont wish to cook during your stay all your meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner needs are found on the main street only a few minutes walk from the property. The Convict Cafe is a welcoming space where you can either sit and relax for dinner and lunch or grab a takeaway and sit in our beautiful park. The Ross Village Bakery has an original 160 year old oven still in operation and is the home of the best Vanilla slice in Tasmania and the infamous scallop pie. The Ross Hotel is open for lunch or dinner from Wednesdays to Sundays and serves seasonal menus with great tasmanian produce. The beer garden is a special place to relax during the long Tasmanian summer days with some award winning Tasmanian beers or spirits and live music every 2nd. Sunday Ross village has a number of other specialty shops and attractions including The Tasmanian wool centre with Ross museum, the Female Factory and iconic Ross Bridge , 1821 craft store that supports local Tasmanian artisans and has many wonderful handmade, produced gifts and mementos to buy The local Ross Pool is an outdoor heated sopace that opens throughout the summer season. The ice cream shop is another treat on a hot day. And we now have a new Deli in town ! The picturesque town of Oatlands is a 30 min drive south for a perfect day trip. Home to the Carrington Mill whiskey/gin distillery, Lake Dulverton conservation hotspot and lovely stores such as the Weavers Cottage. For a great handmade gelato, or to browse all the fabulous produce and products this state has to offer, a 'go to' is The Tasmania shop, found in Campbell Town. This is a ten-minute drive North from Ross and also has the local IGA supermarket, bottle/alcohol shop, chemist, hospital, petrol station, pub open Mon and Tuesdays , take away food outlets and great coffee - LivEats and Sweet Brew amongst them.
