Beautiful vacation home in Morelos

The host speaks Spanish, English, French, and German fluently. Beautiful house with heated pool and tennis court, 3 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 12 beds, 1 crib, Sky and internet. 15 minutes from Xochicalco and 40 minutes from Taxco, Cacahuamilpa, Teques and Cuernavaca. The space The house comfortably accommodates 12 people in 6 rooms. The 6,600m2 property is completely fenced in a very quiet area with little noise and no neighbors. The property is ideal for people who want to visit the archaeological sites in the area, who are going to a wedding in one of the haciendas or event gardens in Tetecala or Mazatepec, or who are simply looking for a quiet place to rest. For ecological reasons, sheets and towels are changed every 5 days for longer stays. The minimum stay in low season is two nights. Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, it will be charged as a full day. The house is rented with the service of two people who take care of the kitchen, cleaning and general attention. Their hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with an additional cost of $900 MXP per day that is delivered directly to Mrs. Socorro. If service is requested after 8:00 PM, an additional fee/tip of $200 MXN per hour must be paid. The service is not optional and must be considered in your food. For safety reasons, the use of glass cups and glasses in the pool area is prohibited. Plastic cups are available for this purpose. The staff lives on the property in a bungalow behind the main house. Mrs. Socorro (Coco) and her family are extremely friendly and willing to help. Guest access Guests can access the entire house, except for the small bungalow behind the main house where the service people live (not included in the photos or in the room count). Other things to note The town of Tetecala is 45 minutes away from Taxco and Grutas de Cacahuamilpa, 15 minutes away from Xochicalco, and 30 minutes away from Tequesquitengo.
