Just 10 meters off the beach you will encounter amazing snorkeling & diving, exploring our reefs could not be easier! Casa Tortuga is a modern Caribbean beach house steps away from world-famous West Bay Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath second story unit offers privacy along with stunning ocean views. The home features 3 (optional) air-conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining area. Also 5 ceiling fans located all around the house including the outdoor balcony. Fiber-optic, high speed wifi and cable tv are included. The living room has a 50” LG flat-panel television with comfortable Bassett furniture couch and loveseat. This past January 2020 we screened in the balcony area, added a bar-height patio set to allow a comfortable pest free outdoor space. We also replaced the furniture, lighting fixtures and mattresses in both bedrooms. (Updated photos coming soon) Bedroom-1 offers the comfort of a queen size bed along with a beautiful tiled ensuite bath with tub-shower and double sinks. Bedroom-2 offers the flexibility of two twin-beds or one king size bed along with a beautifully tiled ensuite bath with walk-in travertine shower. The living room can double as a third sleeping area with a queen size, gel-foam, sofa sleeper. Vaulted ceilings create a very open atmosphere for the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, all with a fabulous ocean view. If you're looking for a gym or pool, day or week passes are available for purchase at the hotel next door. A small mall 5 minutes walking distance from the unit has a cafe/wine bar, grocery/sandwich shop, convenience store, ATM, doctors clinic, pharmacy and souvenir shops inside. Spas, restaurants, dive shops, access to taxis, etc.. are all within a 5 minute walk of the property. ~Prices are based on 4-person occupancy.
