Perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure, our home offers a cozy retreat for families or groups looking to explore this picturesque region. Hunters welcomed. The space Modern Country Home has just been newly remodeled with lots of new and/or improved features. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The following are some of the features this home has to offer with new updates that will be added over the year. It currently has: A newly remodeled kitchen with basic kitchenware and pots and pans. It also has most new appliances as well. 1 king size bed, 2 queen sized beds, a pullout sleeper couch, and a queen sized air mattress. washer/dryer combo closet on the main floor 2 walk in showers - (one has just been remodeled) Electric fireplace in the frontroom 2 big screen TV's - one in the front room and one in the family room 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with TV's, (one of which you will need to provide your own Firestick or Roku.) New patio that has recently been added for outside dining or drinking your morning coffee. Vinyl flooring throughout the first floor Plenty of room to romp in the spacious fenced in backyard Guest access Guests will have access to: 1st floor - Frontroom Kitchen Bathroom 2 Bedrooms 2nd floor - 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Family room There will not be access to the garage, office, or storage areas. If there are only 2 guests, the 3rd bedroom will not be available. Other things to note When you use the downstairs bathroom, please throw ALL paper away so it won't plug up the stool. If you have a pet, please clean up all messes that they may create and make sure they have been treated for fleas and ticks. Fan remotes and TV remotes are located in the dressers next to your bed or in the end table in the frontroom. Electric fireplace remote will be located in the front room end table as well.
