Description
A charming 1 bedroom flat in Telegraph Hill in Zone 2 London. Easy access to central London with great transport connections. Friendly and green local area with amenities including lovely parks and pubs/restaurants. This is a newly decorated flat in the bottom floor of our Victorian home with its own private entrance. There is a comfortable living room with a well equipped kitchen/living room at the front. A king size bed, en-suite bathroom and dedicated work space are at the back of the flat. The space The property is the bottom floor of our Victorian home. It has its own separate entrance from the front garden. The kitchen/living room has everything guests could need, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa/TV area. The newly refurbished bedroom has a king sized bed, a good sized beautiful wardrobe and a dedicated work space with superfast wifi provided. There is a lovely en suite bathroom that has a rain shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. When we are not renting the space out we use it as part of our home, but the flat is a warm space which can be made distinct from the rest of the house, and you will have total privacy. There is a door into the rest of the property which can be locked from both sides and there is a bolt lock on the guest side for you to bolt the door during your stay. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, dining table, and is well equipped with kitchen and dining utensils. It doesn't have a washing machine, but there are launderettes within 10 minutes, and if you need an urgent wash during your stay let us know and we are happy to let guests use our washing machine in our utility room, which is on the same floor as the flat. There is free parking on the street and is always somewhere free not too far from the property. The road itself is a beautiful tree lined residential street. The flat is 7 minutes walk from New Cross Gate in zone 2, which has rapid connections to Central London. New Cross Gate is 10 minutes from London Bridge, and 15 minutes to Shoreditch High Street and London Waterloo. There are lots of nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the flat and we are happy to provide recommendations, as well as 2 parks nearby, one of which has a tasty Saturday food market. We hope you enjoy staying in our lovely flat! Guest access You will have your own private entrance down a short flight of steps and you will have your own keys to come and go as you please. As it is an old house the tiling and steps down to the flat are slightly uneven. There is a handrail but if you have mobility issues the flat may not be suitable. You will have exclusive access to the living room/kitchen, your bedroom with work area, and en suite for the duration of your stay.
