The space Accessibility: The house is wheelchair-friendly with no stairs. Sunroom Retreat: Our sunroom boasts a smart TV, a rejuvenating hot tub, and a cozy sauna. Private Pond: The pond is not suitable for swimming and reaches an estimated depth of 5 feet. Exercise caution, especially with children. Swimming Pool Details: POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. POOL AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER. DATES VARY EVERY YEAR. （*Not heated pool) It measures 12'x24' with a depth of 52 inches and is not heated. Prior notice is required if your group intends to use the pool, and a liability release waiver must be signed. Please swim at your own risk. By booking the house, you agree to use the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fire pit at your own risk. Hot Tub (Max 4 People): Please note the hot tub is now set up on the deck not indoor 1. It typically requires 10-15 hours to heat, with each 2°F increase taking 1 hour. Plan accordingly. 2. A safety shut-off feature may activate if the set temperature isn't reached within 72 hours. In such cases, guests should restart the heating. 3. When not in use, please set the temperature to 104°F. Deck & Backyard: Enjoy a gas grill, fire pit, serene forest views, and the private pond. Please note that we provide one filled propane tank for the grill. Indoor Living: Cozy up by the fieldstone wood-burning fireplace, relax in the cathedral living room, or entertain in the open-concept living area with a 75-inch flat-screen TV. Additional amenities include a Japanese-style low table, a game collection with a pool table, and a swing chair. General Amenities: We provide complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, central air conditioning, central heating, and free WiFi. Parking: Ample outdoor parking space for up to 8 cars. Security: For your safety, we have 5 exterior security cameras at the front door and backyard. These cameras do not monitor interior spaces, and we only review outdoor footage in case of alarms. Your privacy is a priority. No late check out: In response to current circumstances, we've implemented rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols. Every corner of the house, from handles to couches, is deep-cleaned and sanitized for your safety. Kindly note that late check-outs are not permitted at this time to ensure our cleaners have ample time for thorough cleaning and sanitization. Late check-outs after 11 AM will incur an additional fee of $200. Nature Alert: Our mountain location may bring wildlife encounters. Please avoid leaving food outside as it may attract bears. To access these amenities, guests must obtain passes (up to 14 adults maximum) from the community administration office. If you plan to purchase these passes, please inform us in advance.
