The newly built Villa Nina offers high-quality accommodation in a quiet setting, close to the sea, shops, restaurants and the city of Pula (4 km from the centre). The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable vacation, but it can also be your base for exploring the charms of Istria. Spend your vacation by the swimming pool barbecuing, exploring the Brijuni National Park, small Istrian stone towns or the gastronomic offer of Istria. The choice is all yours. The space The house has a free of charge parking lot for two cars and a big garden. There is a terrace with a dinning table so you can choose if you want to eat inside or outside. There are three bedrooms, each with its own toilette and there also a big living room and a kitchen with a dinning area. The house is surrounded by a wall which means children can play freely without any danger of running into the street. The house have all the amenities you might need during your stay: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, ironing board, safe deposit box, big screen TV and, of course, free WiFi. Guest access You will have the entire house, garden and the swimming pool just to yourselves.
