It is located in Ponta Negra, a starting point for those who go trekking in the Juatinga Reserve, the Caiçara village has restaurants, a bakery and a market. Ideal for recovering energy after walking on the trails that lead to the beaches of Sono and Antigos, and the waterfalls of Galhetas, Jacaré and Saco Bravo. After swimming in the Poço da Julia and Poço do Moisés, you can take a delicious hot bath in this cozy house. The space - Bathroom with electric shower and hot bath - 1 Room with a double bed - 1 Bedroom with a double bed and a trundle - Kitchen with refrigerator, stove and household utensils - Dining room - Living room - Accommodates 7 people Guest access Access to the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, backyard and patio with access to the river. Other things to note - It is only possible to reach Ponta Negra beach by trail or boat. - Parking on the streets of Vila Oratório, usually residents informally charge an amount around R$25.00 per day (depending on the time of year). - From Vila Oratório, the walk is approximately 1.5 hours of light trail to Ponta Negra Beach 8.8 km. - Boat access is easy: from Vila Oratório you will take a free van for 5 minutes to the small port inside the Laranjeira condominium. At the port, take the boat for 8 minutes to Ponta Negra Beach. - Cost of the boat crossing R$ 60.00 one way and R$ 60.00 round trip per person (depending on the time of year). - Access to the Saco Bravo waterfall is via a difficult trail for about 2.5 to 3 hours, starting at Ponta Negra beach 3.7 km (round trip 7.4 km and between 4.5 and 6 hours total round trip). It is mandatory to hire a guide or driver accredited by the INEA reserve manager. The accredited guide fee ranges from R$ 80.00 to R$ 180.00 per person, depending on the season and number of people.
