Serene Green Park is a homely farmstay positioned right at the entrance of the famed Cotigaon Wild Life sanctuary in South Goa’s Cancona taluka. It is an ideal getaway for those looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life, ensconced in the lap of Mother Nature, at the same time enjoying all the amenities of a modern life. Our farmstay is surrounded on all sides with plush greenery, not to mention the rich flora within. The 8,000 sq feet farmstay is scattered with palms, plantain trees and other flowering plants. The chirping of birds amidst the greenery only accentuates the quietness of the place as one can relax on the swing or hammocks placed therein for your comfort. Board games/ books are also available to keep yourself occupied if you are not in the mood to explore the surroundings. Tents can be provided for the adventurous/ youngsters (on request – Chargeable) to get a feel of the wilderness. The farmstay has two spacious gated rooms (with attached baths) one each on the ground floor and the first floor. The baths provide 24 hour running water with geyser facility. The rooms are fully equipped with double beds (for twin occupancy) and ACs. For additional guests mattresses can be provided as per requirement at a charge. The rooms have functional pantry which come with an induction plate, kettle and basic cutlery and crockery. The rooms are equipped with RO+UV water purifiers for hygienic drinking water. The rooms additionally have storage cabinet, television and refrigerator (available on the ground floor) Both the rooms open out to private balconies – an ideal sit out to enjoy scenic views of the surroundings while sipping your hot morning cuppa. The scenic surroundings and peaceful environment are an ideal location for Digital detox and Yoga. However if you are on a workcation or suffer from FOMO or wish to brag about your unique holidays on social media, no worries, our wifi will ensure you stay connected with your family and friends at all times. There is ample free parking space within the farmstay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note Guests will be received by the host at the time of check in and shown around the property and explained the usage of the amenities available.
