Surrounded by nature in this peaceful setting; you will find amazing snowmobile & ATV trails, accessible right out of our driveway. Set up with Starlink WIFI, Indoor wood fireplace, our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom chalet has all you need to escape the city and unwind at our beautiful piece of paradise. As a bonus, With Moose Valley Sporting lodge nearby The space Located Approximately 25 minutes from Edmundston up the mountain area of Riviere Verte Parish. We have full power and water offering a unique stay as we are the only road off the main road up the mountain in the Association des Chalets offering that. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a stand up shower. Indoor wood burning fireplace as additional heating on top of the thermal pump we just installed December 2023. We are located up a mountain, so expect winter conditions during those months and coordinate Accordingly. An Outdoor firepit, a BBQ on our outdoor covered deck with optional seating to be added when weather permits. We do live in Calgary Alberta but our family lives close by to assist in anything as this chalet has been in our family for 30 plus years so they know the ins and outs. *We do only prefer to be contacted if there is an emergency* We are Excited to share all it has to offer. Snowmobiling trails are accessible right from our driveway making for a stress free take off. We do offer starlink WiFi for seamless streaming and when hooked up to WiFi calling your phones can be used as if you were in town. We recommend setting up WiFi calling in town prior to coming up** Guest access entire place and property is for guests to enjoy. We have an entrance onto the front porch and a front door inside there. It will be accessible via a unique code we send prior to arrival. Other things to note A Manual for the camp will be inside the camp, with instructions on how to use everything we have and guide for the what ifs on when or if things happen (power outage etc) There is no cell service until you hook up to our wifi at the chalet once you pass Gretas Bar** **Please Note: Everything in our Air BNB is our personal belongings for our guest to enjoy. Please be respectful of our property. Everything has been accounted for and logged. If in any case things are broken, or missing we will be charging for the damages of our personal belongings or property. *We do have outdoor security cameras for additional security but when guests come we do not look at them. Additional Information: -We have a Generator with easy turn on option if power goes out - which is rare but given the location of our place we are in the mountains (Instructions in manual located at the camp) -An Outdoor firepit with chairs. The fire can get pretty wild Given the size of the pit, so also use at own risk. -A Snowmobile ramp in our driveway for easy load on and off, use at own risk -Snowmobile to the endless miles of groomed trails right from our camp driveway stress free. At the end of our driveway Turn right or left to enjoy -Moose Valley Lodge Address: CP 652, Edmundston, NB E3V 3S1 approx 20 minutes from our camp on the trails -Starlink WIFI offering unlimited streaming for all your devices with no stress -Set up WIFI calling on your phone to be able to use your phone other then that there is no service around here -Snowshoeing trails nearby -ATV trails -There is a local Maple Syrup Factory on our Road we recommend checking out approx. 3.5 km from our camp (Turn Left out our driveway) -Our Chalet offers full power and Well Water, being the only road up the mountain that offers that making our spot unique and so sought after -A Brand new thermal heat pump was installed November 2023 for consistent heat, no worries about going cold or lighting a fire all the time -Brand new gas/propane stove bought December 2023 -Brand new fridge bought December 2023 -We offer a keurig coffee machine -A toaster -Basic spices offered -Full kitchen utensils, Pots pans, Sheets etc offered -Upgraded our water heating system so now guests can enjoy hot showers without the worry of emptying the water tank -We have a smart tv set up with all the goodies; Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV etc. -Stereo system with instructions in camp manual -Additional tv with HDMI cord in two of the bedrooms to enjoy movies in bed -Indoor wood fire stove, wood is included in reasonable quantities. Fire stove to be used at own risk. Instructions listed in camp manual located at the camp -Please note: We do not have a washer or dryer. Online we see a laundromat is located at 60 Isidore-Boucher Boulevard Saint-Jacques, Edmundston if needed. -There are no stores nearby so come up prepared. We are located up a mountain so groceries, gas, necessities come prepared. our water is drinkable we had it tested December 2023 - well water -We have the basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel, rags etc -This is our first time hosting an Air BNB, and we do live across the country so if there is anything we do have family members in town who can assist, please contact me, we are 3 hours behind in time - available 24/7. - Between guests we do have a cleaner who will be coming up, given the location we would appreciate if you can wash your own dishes, and leave all used dirty towels etc to be washed in our shower. -The twinkle lights on the ceiling line turn on and off by themselves on a timer. Please don't touch them. -The moose antlers above dining table are mounted well but watch out when you stand up to not hit head (mostly super tall people this effects) -We have puzzles, some card games and tock (addicting fun game) to our growing collection of entertainment
