La Vista development is carved into the rocky hillside of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas, right in the heart of the city, where we have more fully equipped apartments, amazing views day and night, private pool, access to the exclusive Pedregal beach area and the wonderful service of our friendly staff. The space 2 bedrooms, private terrace with ocean view and private pool, complete set with GE Profile appliances, equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans), living room, dining room, washer and dryer. 2.5 full bathrooms (bedrooms with their own bathroom in it). Maximum capacity for 4 adults. 2,227 square feet of construction = 207 mts2 of construction. We are located 5 minutes walk from downtown and the Marina, incredible view of Cabo San Lucas. Guest access PARKING: There is free parking available at the condo. ELEVATOR: 24/7 POOL: Located at the GF GYM: Located at the GF LORETTA RESTAURANT: Located at the 1st floor CONCIERGE: Available form 9 AM to 6 PM Monday - Saturday Other things to note MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the apartment. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period. DECORATION: We know that there are special celebrations and you want to decorate the walls, please make sure to use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls and remove the decoration before your departure without damaging the paint on the walls, in case of damaging a wall it will have a cost of 100 USD per wall. Ask us about the additional decoration service we can offer you! WALKING: From the main entrance to the apartments you will have to walk up a cobblestone street and then down, the same at the exit, we do not have shuttle service to take guests up or down, so consider that if you do not take a cab you must walk along that road to leave the condominium. EXCLUSIVE ACCESS FOR OWNERS: There is a back door to exit to another street of Pedregal, this door for security measures and condominium regulations is for the exclusive use of owners, guests and guests can not use this door. VISITORS: No visitors allowed CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
