It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a large master bedroom and complete bathroom for a total of 55 sqm, with a 100 sqm garden, parking spaces and exclusive driveway access. Casa Vittoria is part of Borgo Vittoria, a private hamlet built in the first part of the twentieth century and recently almost entirely renovated. Casa Vittoria helps finance the completion of the renovation! Immersed in the countryside of Maccarese, an agricultural area of Fiumicino. The hamlet is directly bordering a grove of eucalyptus trees and the Maccarese Basins, which are under protection of the WWF Macchiagrande Oasis. The Oasis represents one of the protected areas of greatest environmental value on the Lazio coast. The ideal solution for modern times, that require wide, reserved and safe spaces to live and work in absolute privacy, without giving up on services. The new gastronomic center of the Castello del Borgo di Maccarese, as well as the well-known Fregene beaches, are just a few hundred meters away, and can be reached by bicycle. The center of Rome, on the other hand, can be reached in about 40 minutes by car, 60 mins during peak hours. The Maccarese train station is less than a kilometer away, reachable on foot or by the comfortable and safe bicycle lane (bike sharing available near the train station). Rome’s Da Vinci International Airport is 15 minutes away by car. Our guests will have at their exclusive use: • An entire portion of the farmhouse with reserved driveway access on the road, with a fenced garden and internal parking spaces. • Kitchenette equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle, electric hob. • Towels and bed linen. • Pellets for the stove available, included in the rent • free WIFI • Bowls/kennels for your pet on request Other things to note In winter, Casa Vittoria is warm and dry, thanks to the electronic pellet stove-based heating. A new generation electronic stove powered by wood pellets (compacted sawdust), which is safe and clean (pellets included in the rental fee). Having a car/motorbike is strongly suggested. The cost of a taxi/UBER varies from 30 to 60 euros per trip, depending on the time the service is performed, and number of occupants.
