As evening falls, fire up the grill for a riverside feast. Here, nature meets comfort in a harmony that beckons you to unwind and rediscover peace. The space The house has 5 bedrooms. Level One: Bedroom one: master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom/ bedroom 2: queen size bed and full bathroom/ bedroom 3: queen size bed. We have another full bathroom on the main level. Upper level: two rooms with 4 twin size beds (bunk beds) and 2 pull out beds. We have a full bathroom on the upper level. The living room has a smart tv in the downstairs and upper level. The kitchen and laundry room are on the main level. Other things to note - The Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the occupants of the home for the duration of the rental period. - The property requires stairs to enter - The property is located near the water, adult supervision is recommended at all times - Because the property is situated between 2 nature preserves, local wildlife may be present - The nearest ramp available to guests is located at Good Times Marina, less than 10 miles away -The enter the house, you have to go up 13 steps
