The space Upon entering the house, there is a mudroom with plenty of space for coats and boots. There are 2 bunk rooms with 4 twin beds in each room. There are also two additional bedrooms with a queen bed each. There are two full bathrooms on this floor. The primary bedroom is located off the kitchen/dining/family room. There is also a full bath on this floor. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel GE appliances. For your morning coffee, you have a choice of making a fresh pot or using keurig pods. The machine also has an iced coffee mode. We also offer a Chemex. We have plenty of baking sheets and Pyrex dishes for home-cooked meals. We also provide an InstantPot. The breakfast bar has two counter stools and our massive dining table will comfortably seat 10. The family room features a comfortable leather sofa, arm chair and cushioned banquette. We have tons of board games located in the bar cabinet. In addition, the family room has a huge stone fireplace. The basement has a game room with pool table, foosball, ping pong and TV. The laundry has a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. Other things to note Please Note: Only the MAIN FLOOR and Primary Bedroom are Air Conditioned. The downstairs bedrooms have fans available if needed.
