PER REQUEST as it's always break, we need 24-48hrs advance notice. - Induction Cooker: Rent 200 per Nigth - Hair Dryer: Free ✔For picky ones, we’re the most affordable condos in the building, we provide basic necessities, if you need more essentials, bringing your own is ideal. ✔Self check-in anytime you want after 2pm. ✔With balcony facing the BEAUTIFUL SUNSET! ✔The space has a 60" smart TV with Netflix and 100MBPS internet. ✔A dedicated work area for those who need to have access to work on the road. ✔ The bed is a full-double (54x75), 1 single sofa bed 6" thick and 1 single floor padded mat 2" thick, a total of 3 beds. ✔Youtube works well but Netflix don't, you can still try using your own account but don't expect please (Due to our multiple account, it's log) Guest access ✔ Convinience stores, spa, restaurants, laundry shop etc. are all available inside Azure ✔ PARKING ₱380 a day for onsite parking paid to Azure POOL for guest only ✔ Wave, Kiddie and Sand Bar A. Admin opens Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-12pm Closed Sundays & Holidays ✔ REQUIREMENTS: All Adult Guests: Send a picture of your valid ID in the Airbnb app. Under 18yo to Infant: Full name and age only ✔ Only registered persons on the GAF can enter the building. Do not register 4 people then 6 show up! PLEASE FOLLOW rules or prepare to go home because the admin will not check you in. Their rules not ours. ✔ Once the GAF has been processed (after receiving all the IDs) any changes shall be at a charge of ₱1,000 per GAF as it will require another admin approval (whole new process). ✔Our unit can accomodate of maximum 4 adults + 1 infant (under 3ft/3yo) ✔We allow early check in if there’s no guest before you, or late check out if there’s no guest after you for ₱150/hr. As a superhost in Airbnb, we can’t control bookings. ✔Visitor is not allowed per admin rules. ✔Guests are not allowed to process gatepass, if you want to bring any big items or appliances, the host is not responsible for it.
