spacious apartment with terrace and garden

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room. The space The apartment contains all usual equipment. Additionally, we provide you with a hair dryer, dish washer, washing machine incl. powders. But pay attention: the bath room can only be reached from the living-room. Towels and bed-clothes are provided. There is a Caffissimo coffee machine in the kitchen and different coffee capsules, also a selection of teas is provided. As lowest apartment of the house and having the back part under ground it is cool in summer, in winter there is a underfloor-heating additionally to the radiators. My grown-up children do not use the garten often, so usually you are on your own in the garden in front of your apartment. In Austria we have to select garbage. There are boxes/bins for plastics, paper, organic waste, glass+metal in the kitchen. Please bring it into the bigger bins and bags in the carport behind the house. In case you stay less than 3 days, I can do the separation. Guest access Your entrance and apartment are completely separate from the family's premises. Free parking space can be found on the street in front of the property.
