The space The home is equipped for all your needs, including a fully stocked kitchen, Beautiful large backyard with your very own patio and fire pit, high-speed Wi-Fi ( 380+ mb/s) and 55 inch TV with Netflix, laundry room with detergent, and 2 parking spots. The goal is for you to feel at home - we hope you enjoy your stay with us. Beds: Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed with high end memory foam mattresses with plenty of storage space for your belongings in the large closets. Both bedrooms come equipped with all the necessary amenities such as several USB charge points, extra pillows (soft and firm) and blankets, closet storage with plenty of hangers, an iron & ironing board, an indoor lounge space, and the whole backyard to get a breath of fresh air. Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms situated in the home, and one of them has a shower. Both bathrooms come with the basic amenities you would need during your stay. Cotton face, hand, and shower towels, a full-sized hair dryer, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your comfort in the shower. Please note that one of the two bathrooms has a shower not both. Kitchen: The kitchen area features a modern and simple layout while being able to provide all the necessary amenities and appliances needed to cook a great meal. This includes a stainless-steel refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a kettle. Included is a coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea to kickstart your morning, and popcorn, chocolate, and other snacks for your enjoyment during your stay. Living Room: The living area features two sofas, a coffee table, a rug, and a 55" Smart TV for your enjoyment. Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime Video, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet are all included. Workspaces: A private workspace and desk is provided with 380+ mb/s wifi within each bedroom, as both bedrooms are very large. Privacy: A great feature of this home is its peacefulness and privacy. Both bedrooms (and their respective bathrooms) are located on separate parts of the home. This provides the utmost privacy for our families and staying in a group (or even with the kids). We are also situated on a super quiet and peaceful neighborhood without any extra n noises, and you are surrounded with large beautiful trees and nature and will be able to see all kinds of native animals from the unit. Guest access You will have access to the entire Guest house which is a walkout above-ground and high-ceiling apartment with large above-ground windows. You will also have access to 2 parking spots free of charge. The home is equipped with a digital keypad on the front door to allow for contactless self-check-in at any given time of any day. A minimum of $250 CAD penalty will be charged for breaking this house rule. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed on and in the property and they need to be specified and paid for as part of the booking. Pets are welcomed at an extra fee of $180 CAD. If there is excessive shedding or pet shedding is present on bedding and furniture, or mud/ dirt is brought into the apartment, which would all require extra cleaning, then extra charges will apply according to how much the cleaning company charges us for cleaning. Quite Hours are very important and need to be followed. Failure to do so will have a minimum of $150 Penalty. Extra parking and bicycles can also be provided at an extra fee.
