The view of the beautiful dunes and the minimal walking distance to the beach of Julianadorp makes this apartment very unique. Residence Juliana 19 is located on the second floor and has a sunny balcony with panoramic views of the dunes. The space Residence Juliana 19 accommodates four guests. When you enter the house, you will enter the modern and bright living room via the hall. In the living room, there is a cozy sitting area with a comfortable corner sofa and a cozy dining area. Two sliding doors provide access to the spacious balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and has unobstructed views over the dunes. The balcony is southwest facing so sun lovers can enjoy it. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, oven, combi/microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet wall. The second bedroom has two single beds. Opposite the first bedroom is the well-kept bathroom. This is equipped with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Guest access You have your own parking space. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at CAN Vakantiehuizen. For rentals of 3 days or more, these will be brought and collected. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent this from us.
